If you are returning to work following an injury, there are new WorkSafeBC (WSBC) rules, under Bill 41.
These regulations are designed to encourage workers and employers to work together to find safe and suitable work for injured workers, and to ensure employers accommodate injured workers wherever possible.
Injured workers, and their employers, are now both required to cooperate and communicate with each other and with WorkSafeBC.
