Our research department works with members, other unions, community groups, provincial and national research organizations and government.
We carry out projects to promote our members’ interests, improve health care delivery, and to advance social justice.
HEU produces its own research and supports external research where it fits with our union’s principles and goals. Collaboration with external researchers often involves our members’ participation in studies, consultation with HEU’s Research team, and monetary, in-kind or written sponsorship
