Experience Solidarity – HEU’s 2025 Equity Conference – will take place on March 10-13, 2025 at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver, BC.

HEU’s biennial (every two years) Equity Conference is a gathering of up to 280 HEU members from equity-deserving groups who are coming together to foster collective action and help build a stronger union.
It’s an opportunity for members from equity-deserving groups to:
- celebrate HEU’s history and wins as a social justice union;
- connect with other members to advance equity issues within the union and in their communities;
- learn about emerging social justice and equity issues;
- build skills to take action for social change; and
- elect 28 members to HEU's seven Equity Standing Committees.
There are limited spots for HEU's Equity Conference and not all applications will be accepted. Members will be notified about their acceptance by February 12, 2025. Priority will be given to members who have not attended past Equity Conferences.
