The HEU Code of Conduct for the Provincial Executive is the central document governing the Ethics Commissioner's work. It sets out HEU's conduct expectations for the Provincial Executive.
Because the Code provides (at section 4.1) that a failure to follow HEU policy may itself violate the Code of Conduct, some key HEU policies that could be relevant to Provincial Executive conduct are provided below.
