2024 FBA bargaining proposals

The Facilities Bargaining Association (FBA) collective agreement expires on March 31, 2025. About 41,000 HEU members are covered by the FBA contract.

In preparation for contract negotiations, HEU is holding a three-day Facilities Bargaining Conference (November 19, 20 and 21, 2024) at the the Sheraton Vancouver Guildford Hotel in Surrey.

During the conference, delegates will discuss bargaining proposals (bargaining demands), identify top priorities, and elect a bargaining committee.

In the coming weeks, HEU locals will hold a special meeting to elect delegates and vote on bargaining proposals to put forward to the bargaining conference.

THIS FORM IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF LOCAL CHAIRPERSONS AND SECRETARY-TREASURERS.

Bargaining Proposals must be submitted by Friday, September 19, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

Please submit EACH Bargaining Proposal on a separate webform.
