Human Rights and the Duty-to-Accommodate

A two-day workshop for stewards who want a deeper knowledge of human rights legislation and how it relates to the duty-to-accommodate.

In this workshop members will:

• Build their knowledge of human rights principles and BC Human Rights Code
• Learn about the duty to accommodate process  
• Learn about resources available for members who require an accommodation
